Well Damn!! The Infamous Pajama Jam hosted by Club Curves @Cohibaswas something you had to see to believe. I can tell ya’ll if you’re missin it, you’re missin out. Whether you’re into Naughty or Nice, there was something for you. Wall to Wall Teddy’s, Babydoll’s, Boyshorts, Skirts, Fishnets & Heels. The Men didn’t dissapoint either. I saw plenty of shorts, house shoes, robes etc. I came armed with heart shaped paddle in hand ready to spank those in need. Friday July 15th

As soon as you step into the building it felt like the party just got put on pause for a few days only to resume the following friday. The word was definitely out and the crowd came & dressed the part. Fellas if you love a woman with some bangin curves and like the idea of them dressed up in lace & lingerie you were in the right place.

Shout out to the Street Team, everyone looked gorgeous and represented the spot well.

We got more relief from the heat as Shadoe got us 2 new industrial sized fans. The timing couldn’t have been better, with all the heat in building we were gonna need a cooldown.

After working up a thirst many Clubbers were all over that Pink Pu$$y. Oh? You don’t know what that is? Well meet us at 110 e. Broadway & Pine in Long Beach, Ca. 90802 and see 1st hand.

Alize sent a request for us to learn the ‘Wobble’ so we can all do it together. I noticed a lot of the women were ready and had it down! I like it. My issue was that I was off my homeboy Patron so I think I Weebled more than I Wobbled but its ok, I’ll get it together soon.

Piper A.K.A. Shadoe hooked us up with a lil midnight snack. There was a brief announcement for the fellas to please move over to the Grown & Sexy Lounge. Moments later she introduced a few special treats for us…Sexxy Male Dancers!!

The ladies went wild as the Men did their thing. They came into the crowd and danced with some of the women as the room filled with screams and was full of laughter & smiles.

LOL. I can promise you one thing, you never know what Magic Shadoe has up her sleeve. You just never know, but my suggestion is for kicks just come along for the ride and have lots fun along the way…

Hot of the Presses!! Take note, the itinerary for your curvy summer has been released. The themed nights have been posted and like many of you I’m already planning my attire.

The Big Girl Club A.K.A. Club Curves @ Cohibas is a well oiled machine with no signs of stopping. If you are on the tracks…you betta move!!

Its been said that variety is the spice of life and starting with this Summer, Shadoe & Club Curves @ Cohibas promises to deliver. You’re gonna get a lil bit of Sugar and a whole lot of Spice! I hope you are ready for some Curves, plenty of Sexxiness, and the best Music, topped with a fantastic Owner, Venue & Staff making sure your fridays are on point.

July kicked off with a lil Red, White & Bling. This night brought us a packed house and we wanted to see your festive attire. Shadoe asked us to be the fireworks and I saw plenty of sparklers in house. I like seeing how creative people are and just how they express themselves. I saw some really great outfits. I met quite a few new people this week and the general feeling throughout the rooms was a good one. I sparked up a few random conversations and had plenty of laughs.

One highlight of the night was the long awaited return of the infamous Booty Shakin Contest. Around Midnight we gathered in the main room as Shadoe came on stage to MC the Competition beginning with a lil impromptu sing-a-long to Katy Perry’s ‘Fireworks’. Immediately followed by the contestants showing us how to shake what their mamas gave em. I know the fellas (and some of the ladies) were more than ready to check out the ladies Booty Werk.

Mid-July on 7/15 will be the very popular ‘Pajama Jammie Jam’. Like Whodini said The freaks come out at night!

July 29th You’d better bring your appetite cause we’ll close out July with a Buffet of Booty at the ‘Booty Camp’.

In August we want to see Pimps & Bunnies. 8/12 We bring the beach to you with ‘Bikinis, Beach Balls & Booty Shakin’ followed by the ‘2011 Players Ball’ I know this will be a sight to see. Who’s Pimp hand is strong vs. who comes from a long line of Assistant Pimps. LOL.

September 3rd rolls around with a fave of mine, ‘Sexxy Schoolgirl & Geeks’ I personally can’t wait for this night. I love and will devour a cute Geek and I can be his sexxy schoolgirl all night long!! If I’m a bad girl I hope to be sent to detention…

This week the party continues. Some may not have known what to expect upon arrival due to the lack of a long line outside. No need to worry, thats because they were already inside! The crowd spoke, and was heard. Changes had been made to improve everyone’s Curvy experience.

Best believe the crowd was in the house turnt up! No signs of slowing here. Full house, still sexxy. I feel like a kid in a candy store. There was so much to see I hardly knew where to begin. “OMG, Girl did I see a group of Male strippaz?!?! Hold on…I’ll be right back!” I made my way throughout the rooms to get a feel and say hi to different people. I saw a few crews that came out to represent. The vibe in the building can be addictive, it keeps you coming back for more.

I have a friend that decided to see if eveything she heard about was true. She has heard so many stories about the club that she wanted to see firsthand. We also ran into some of the Club Curves Street Team as well as some people from the group. The outcome of the night was good. She had a ball and will be back!

Dj Wicked’s room was groovin with his Cassette- Not 8track mixxes. Its an intimate affair in here and I love it. I like to slip away in here if I want to get close with Mr. Right Now. LOL.

In the house of Dj Needles The stand out song for me this week is one song that definitely got everyone hype, E40 “My Sh*t bang”. When this came on “Turn my music up, Turn my music up…TURN IT UP!” the best way I can explain it is like an eruption, Once again the focal point was up by the stage. They take goin dumb seriously. The proof is in the pics!

The 1st run of “SNAPSHOT” was fun, I know it’ll catch on more each week. When the warning call went out I saw plenty getting their cameras ready…then it was time the Dj’s called out “SNAPSHOT!!” and it was LIGHTS, CAMERA’S, ACTION! It was fun to watch the posin & flashin goin on. I can’t wait until so many people are doing it that the room looks like its full of strobe lights. So anyone who missed it, be ready next week. Make sure your phones are charged so when the Dj’s give the warning to get ready then call out “Snapshot” take your pic of the action and post it to Facebook or Twitter so we can show the world just how we do it at Club Curves!

If you are reading this and you still have not had a chance to experience it yourself, what are you waiting for?? Get out your flyy fit , turn up that swagg like only you can do, get the password for the week and come meet me by the bar! From my point of view everyone had a great time. We came, we saw & we left the frustrations of the week on the dancefloor and worked it out.

After weeks and months of anticipation the night so many of us waited for had finally come!
The buildup was about to climax and by the time we were done the corner of Broadway & Pine in Long Beach
had exploded in a delicious assortment of Sexxiness and Fun.

If anyone was waiting to hear that the night was a flop and not completely OFF THE HOOK, keep waiting…cause it ain’t gonna happen. June 3, 2011 @ Club Cohibas hosted an event of Epic Porportions!

The Women were Beautiful and the Men De’Licious. We vowed to represent Club Curves to the fullest and leave all that bullshit drama elsewhere. Point Blank. Period.

Once you got close to the venue there was no denying our presence. If you didn’t already know, you were about to find out!! We were warned ahead of time that the word was out about the return of the Infamous OG Club Curves, and believe me, people came one by one and two by two. We had a presence already from the freeway. The flow of traffic seemed to be moving in the right direction. All destination points on the GPS led to ‘Club Curves’

Parking wasn’t an issue, there’s lots of places to choose from. As soon as you hit the corner you couldn’t help but notice the long line of partiers anxious to get up there and work it out on the dance floor, have a drink & find their friends!

The Party Bus rolled up around 25 people deep! They had the right idea, get the party started on the way, arrive in style & VIP entry. The wait in line was a little long but we made the best of it. It was a big night. No attitudes, just friends, pictures, lots of conversation & laughter. It wasn’t long before we spotted Boogie checkin on the crowd then soon after Shadoe came to check on her crowd & thank us for being patient.

You could hear the beat bang from down on the street as the entryway got closer and closer. FINALLY we’re in!! Whew! Wall 2 Wall packed. 3 rooms ALL crackin! Seemed like everywhere you went there was a familiar face (and some you wanted to get familiar with). No matter what your taste is, they were there smellin good & lookin good.

After seeing a few friends and introducing myself to a few new ones, I made my way to the middle of the dancefloor in the Main Room and didn’t leave until it was time for me to go home. It was hott in there and I don’t just mean the temperature.

As I looked over to the windows I noticed they were fogged and it took me back to the feeling I used to have back in the Redondo Beach days. I always knew I was in for one hell of a night
when I’d go down those last steps and the mirrors on the wall were fogged up! Ooh Whee!

I snapped back when my song came on, “Awwww, Shit!” “Look at me now, look at me now, OH! I’m gettin paper” (Ironic, No?) The room went wild. I look up at the stage and got jealous for a split second, they were up there goin CRAZY, LOL. I smiled because I knew we were home, and I will be coming ‘home’ again next week.

Dj Needles & Dj Wicked did their thang and had the whole spot jumpin from start to finish. My feet were cussin me out the next day. Shadoe, glad you’re back, its been a long time coming.
